All companies have expenses, and if $SFIO wants an auditor, I'm sure they will get one. Any auditor would love a couple weeks' vacation in New Zealand. Beautiful place.

Last statement in Post#88133. The audit will be extremely expensive and there are not many US auditors who would be willing to audit this company based on the overseas operations.

So, what I gather with this statement is that you do think there is a possibility of a U.S.A auditor that would love to travel Down Under for a time of their life in such a beautiful Place? Great post to show probability of that happening.

Well, I'm glad to see SOME fairness. Good job!! I'm not sure where you're getting this idea that someone from the US has to run all over the world to do these audits. If you watch that documentary about the "China hustle", One of the things they point out is that some of these TRULY Fake companies we're having their audits done by what essentially was an In country franchise of one of the US big 4 accounting firms. Because some of them didn't do their job very well, A couple of firms basically had egg on their face.

While this was a problem, We can assume they cleaned up these operations, but as far as I know these "franchises" Are legitimate and carry all the proper Accreditation that their US Counterparts hold.

Ernest and young actually has a New Zealand operation... You can look it up yourself. So unless they changed some laws or something after the outcome of the China Hustle, I see no reason why those divisions can't do all are part of the audit

But on another note, I'm beginning to see the point of all those that say S FIO price is crashing only because of excessive insider Restricted dumping( Even though there is no proof). I mean you just have to look at These fairly popular and well followed OTC stocks to see just how great they're doing.
Hey, Wait... Did I load those upside down??
