Yes - the consensus appears to be to move forward very slowly if at all.

I agree, especially the NVOS..........Next, I assume would

be the ticker change. That will be a game changer here. It should
establish a base for the stock at a .-06-.08 area....Then release
the company introduction and subsequent news PR's.

It may still be longer than we think after a ticker change. But,
this is gaining some traction in my mind.......
