Time for news on the acquisition front. Been very quiet on the news front lately. My guess is much is happening on the inside and it is only a matter of time before this is revealed.

Interesting, the cash value of $35K remained the same but since they exercised at a lower price it gave each of them roughly 2k more shares that they would have gotten at the original price; compare the amount of shares given (green) to the amount of shares cancelled (red). This is a good deal for them as they got more shares out of it and may (pure speculation) indicate that they think the share price is bottoming out so they took the best deal they could before it recovers. If this speculation is correct then they may have an announcement on the horizon they believe will help the share price recover.
