If your friend is right about the RS at 50:1, it will wipe out existing shareholders. Only thing stronger would be an instant wipeout from a BK...

A RS would simply be a "slow" death versus a quick knife. A RS in the land of OTC is not pretty to watch.

going by the 10K Management could potentially issue themselves preferred shares at 0.00235 (half of daily price) which could lead to a control position with 1 or 2 shareholders assisting maybe; a friend of a friend may have said.
And its all done. Take private? potential self fund? or not. No one in their right mind will fund this. I think it is game over soon one way or another. Out of cash, no products, no nothing. A real GONG SHOW
All will be left like the UVFT shareholders.
