Yes, it is. Unfortunately, they brought it on themselves. Too many fluff PRs and that just took this down and has kept it down.

I don't expect much to change until they release some verifiable and compelling information. I still believe that there is potential here. They just need to up their game a bit if they want to attract more buyers.

I've given up on any significant runs until they have some strong news to report. The news this morning may be the start of that but they need to provide more than just a signed agreement. They are a dime a dozen in the OTC.
