So based on that logic, dilute or even wipe out all JPS is acceptable also.

Sure that would be acceptable, even preferable, to new investors. The less of the pie they have to share, the better (from their perspective).

The juniors' contract rights and inability to be diluted are what would prevent such a scenario.
