To consider new investors to come in and buy newly issued shares of commons. One would have to consider how the Gov looked after current common shareholders. I for one would not buy 1 freakin common share if the Gov turned around and cashed in the warrants and SPSPA then did a IPO . Know one in there right mind would touch it !
The Gov cannot cash in the warrants and SPSPA and trash current common shareholders because everyone knows they will do it again!
