INVESTORS got scammed.. $10 to $0.24 in 10 months..
Company has no excuse and Reverse Split is on the horizon if Company doesn't get over $1 by end of June and stay over $1 for 2 weeks. (needs to trade over $1 for 14 days to be compliant) by July 17th.
Company has done nothing but issue MULTIPLE Convertible notes, 3 Offerings, and give its CEO $3+ MILLION bonus!!
