Welcome to the otc there on every ask.. but the good news is we've already spoke with the CEO and there is no dilution till July if necessary.. I just perused 20 stocks and see the same MM's on them... the only MM that was diluting, and we knew about it from the CEO right off the bat was PAUL, who is currently sitting last on L2..

Did the diluters all have sell orders in (sell on news) regardless of the price, so that when the news got delayed, the news-pump got deflated, and they ended up with less than they expected?
