yes I suppose it could bounce off .0015 back to .0018 but let's face it.... Mwwc would quickly retrace to that .0015 level before breaking through to .0009. But once it moves back up over .001 again and the consensus between those yellow numbered fellows is "Rocket Launch to the Moon!" it's definitely reaching back to .0007 once again.
