$IMPP I offered that same scenario to my gf. She thinks the company was getting a lot of pressure from the warrant holders because of the price drop so they gave in. If so, wonder what the rest of the terms are?

Too funny. So shipping rates have gone up 1000%, the company is EXPANDING it’s fleet, has recently bought two ships, quite likely wants to buy even more - presumably to meet the demand that they see in the market and some think that there will be bad news tomorrow.

What do they do with all the money they get from warrant conversions? Plough it back into the company as far as I can see.

Some people need to understand some basic global economic theory. Why? Because every economics textbook has had to be rewritten since lockdown ended.

Never before other than in times of war has global output fallen off a cliff so sharply without government intervention.

So oil production is I believe, approximately 4m barrels of oil a day less than it was before lockdown. OPEC has only promised to increase production by 650K barrels of oil a day from July onwards.

All of a sudden the world economy opens up again ALL at the same time! People want to carry on construction, as an example building supplies have sky rocketed because of a surge in demand.
Gas prices have surged because of supply problems because a war has started and the aggressor supplies most of Europe.

Wheat futures have sky rocketed because Ukraine supplies a lot of Europe! That’s only just beginning to feed into the food chain. Some of the items I buy are up 50% in three months!

How do people still get around? In their petrol driven car. How are things shipped? In trucks!

There’s a huge under supply of oil and everyone wants it and needs it to reboot their economy.

That oil needs to get from A to B and that’s where IMPP comes in.
