Deal is "valued". Key word is valued. I would think insiders etc. would be seriously lifting this up in today in advance of tomorrow. Even in this red market. If this "deal" was so good and marked in stone why isn't this much bigger than what it is? Why the sell off after the blockbuster announcement last week? Selling in the "potential" news. Wording is everything.
