Here’s my public reply to Jim Sims:

If REE results will be provided soon, and if there are “multiple options” for financing, why continue to raise funds by continued dilution for current shareholders?

If Jim Sims is professional, he should be willing to undergo some scrutiny and questions that challenge the current status of Niocorp.

How does $NIOBF come up with the amount needed? I mean why the $4.35 Million Non-Brokered Private Placement for 4,519,481 shares??? Why did they need this amount and what will they do with this money? Any ideas or insight would be helpful for me.
