There's a lot of online competition with WAY more competitive prices.

Also, the price points on these kiosks are not in-line with impulse buying. For that much money, people will shop around starting on the internet.

THAT is a 100% VERY salient and critical analysis and spot-on correct IMO !!!

MANY brick-n-mortar retailers and sellers were BURIED OUT OF BUSINESS via exactly what is described above, and I mean EXACTLY !!!

BOOK STORES DIED - as they became nothing but a place to go kill some time, read a few pages of a book one was interested in, then BUY IT LATER ON AMAZON via the click of a mouse, at 30% to 50% LESS LOL !!

SEARS DIED (and every major retailer like them - JC Penny and 10 or more others) - as they became nothing but a "showroom" to go see a TV or some tool or appliance or something I was interested in "maybe" and ONLY due to being in the area - then I'd head to Amazon or E-bay etc and BUY IT FOR LESS delivered to my door w/ free shipping etc. What the hell did I need to stand around a 1970's rotted SEARS for and wait 10 minutes to find a dumb ass kid "clerk" etc ??

CAR DEALERS are getting KILLED BY ON-LINE sellers where one can now ORDER THE EXACT CAR THEY WANT and literally have it delivered to their door - no bullshit of haggling with a dirty car salesman and 20 bullshit back-n-forth of "Well, let me see what my manager says but I'm sure we CAN NOT accept that price" blah blah blah = THEY ARE A DYING BREED !!

COMPUTER RETAIL STORES DIED - and Best Buy is on FINANCIAL LIFE SUPPORT as people use them as "Free test zones" then BUY FROM AMAZON or other cheaper outlets, even a mega screen TV = NO REASON to buy it at stupid Best Buy who has HORRIFIC BAD return policies etc !! They are vanishing - bought by a hedge fund and ON LIFE SUPPORT and killed their music dept and the places are empty wastelands when one walks into them etc. I haven't bought a damn thing at Best Buy in at least 10 yrs, probably closer to 15 and two are relatively close to me, the one's not shuttered and out of business. Fry's all shut down and failed also - dead !!

NO ONE is going to trust a damn cardboard stupid cut-out DISPLAY to buy one of their most important medical needs in a dumpy Walmart- their HEARING AIDS when Walmart already SUCKS !!!

Costco aka KIRKLAND BRAND already has them beat X 10,000 and Kirkland and Costco one can literally bring the damn thing back in 2 yrs and say IT BROKE and they hand you a new one, no questions asked, no hassle etc. READ THE BUST OF FAILURE REVIEWS on-line about INNER-SCAM and NO-HEAR ASSIST scam China Inc crap and it's all about THEY HAVE NO SUPPORT and THEY DO NOT HONOR RETURNS and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT blah blah blah.

ANOTHER JOKE = HOW THE F does one do a PROPER "HEARING TEST" in a damn noisy store with a cheap ass pair of un-calibrated headphones etc LMAO WTF MATTY BOY ?????

I used to, as PART OF MY JOB get "physicals" many, many times a yr - including not only my eyes which were critical but HEARING as I was subjected to constant high pitched jet engine "whine" despite wearing ear plugs, a helmet, a helmet liner - but then needing to turn my radio up loud enough to be able to 100% hear all words from air traffic and combat ops controllers, my fellow "wing" pilots on a mission etc over all that background high pitched endless whining noise.

HEARING TESTS - are done in anechoic "quiet booths" - where it's soooo damn silent inside one can hear their own heartbeat and freaking blood pulsing through their veins !! I've literally had my hearing properly and expertly tested, easily over a 100 times by an expert medical professional.

THAT = the ONLY legit real "hearing test" - as the faint tones can NEVER be heard on shitty headphones in a stupid noisy Walmart and the headphones (which will be filthy and often broken etc and people are GERM PHOBIC now from Covid) need calibrating or it's all worthless anyways !!

Matty aka THE PUNK with Clown King actually showed a damn "HALLWAY" (LMFAO) and THAT was their "Repair center" WTF ????
