It is crazy. These Reg As just suck all life out of a stock while the reg A is open/ongoing. Stock will never move. Only hope is that they've got buyers lined up, since they seem to have high dollar social/industry connections. But then the super low price of .0005 is still disappointing. I know OTC doesn't get the visibility and brokerage/financial firm support of a nasdaq offering, but companies on there will sell out their offering within a few days even when it looks like a terrible investment, it gets sold. Hopefully PSRU folks know some real investors and this is part of a plan, and that the offering will close quickly.
