while in theory this seems possible & very fantastic it won't happen because of dispensaries being depleted of their cash due to bums entering & taking out loans that never need to be repaid . 3 years ago this behavior would be considered stealing . the current admin thinks this is o.k. & should be tolerated , because ........ "equity","slavery","white demon",etc.
