Chico, Douginil; Search Minerals Reports Proceeds from Exercise of Warrants

01:16 PM EDT, 07/20/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Search Minerals Inc. (SHCMF) said Wednesday that it has received proceeds of about $1.1 million from the exercise of about 15.4 million issued common share purchase warrants at an exercise price of $0.07 per warrant.

Each warrant was exercisable into one common share until July 12, and 654,669 unexercised Warrants have now expired.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes.

The company's shares remained unchanged on last look on Wednesday.

I hope you guys are both having a great summer! Looking for more info on NioCorp and Searchminerals. Both have been fairly quiet lately but hoping for more news soon! I check for news every few days but have not seen much. The expired warrents are a positive as is the additional cash!
