SUN Pacific Corp subsidiary Street SMART Outdoors partners with ATLAS Transit on bus shelters and Atlas transit just happens to now sell a bus shelter named

ATLAS SUN SMART with a "trademark logo" identical to SNPW's.

The suns are not related. Need to check this out further

Logos are different
SunSmart shelter being promoted in the Photo is a SPP mockup (not actual shelter) of a sample solar shelter
Atlas Transit Solutions placed (?) "their SunSmart" logo on the shelter mockup
No Atlas Transit Solutions LLC shelter being promoted under the SunSmart brand has actually been built nor being built that "matches" the mockup in the photo
No Atlas Transit Solutions LLC shelte being promoted under the SunSmart brand has actually been sold nor being sold that "matches" the mockup being promoted in the Atlas Transit Solutions LLC photo.

I agree that it has been 16 months since the shelter mockup (including promoting this new ?SunSamrt? brand) started being promoted and the MOU press release and would be time for an update. Especially, when some investors may rely on the accuracy and intent of these press releases to make investment decisions. If the MOU is no longer effective,

I believe an update to the Feb 2022 press release should be announced by Sun Pacific Holding since they made the Feb 2022 announcement. If the MOU still stands, maybe the company can provide some progress with the Atlas Transit Solutions LLC promoted SunSmart shelter. IMaybe share a photo of an "actual" SunSmart shelter that matches SPPs photo mockup with all of the features/bells & whistles mentioned in the press release.
