They will have to increase the authorized share count at some point, but they have opted to not do that this year which is intriguing.

No fundraising really needed. 300 million shares left to issue.
No worries in the interim, its when they make their move. 3Q we are told.

I am ready and maybe we shall get some teasers soon from them. Who knows.
