Perhaps the doc below was missed:

Looking at the 45 day limit... it appears to me that ASTA/Davis is PAST DUE for the discovery. Again, I am not sure if they haven't filed it yet, I just don't see the filing in the case log.

BUT there is a $600 Sanction on this one and the other one had about $366 for Sanctions. Somehow those sanctions are not mentioned when Listermann’s case is brought up. Interesting.

The Court orders sanctions against Cross-Defendant Astra Veda Corp. and its Counsel of Record
D'Attaray Law in the sum of $600.00 payable to John Sullivan, Counsel of Record for Plaintiff by 06/20/2022

Hope they get that money to the attorney by June 20.
