Use some common sense. They still lose millions on tiny revenues. That means a lot of dilution needed to fund ongoing losses. No end to losses in sight. How will it bounce when they need to sell 100's of millions of new shares to pay the bills. This is on Bell. Bell for over 7 years has failed to deliver bigger revenues and a profit. He failed and not close. This has to keep drifting lower as losses have to be paid for. Not enough buying volume because people with any common sense see that.
