Market dynamics and strategy change with time.In these times of economic uncertainty, I think we need to give Gruber the benefit of doubt when he says this offering was to safeguard the Net-zero 1 Project's fund requirements. These huge projects need lots of funds.Only time will tell if GEVO succeeds or fails, but they have to think longer term(unlike us investors/traders for whom it is simply a stock transaction and we get easily frustrated with dilution). Instead,it's time to take advantage of the fire sale prices and average down bigtime.
