They may be working on that debt right now, but who knows what they are actually doing with the money from all the new shares?
I checked last week, and the OS was unchanged, I checked yesterday and it was up by 979,779,200 shares.

All the debt is kinda fishy, like it’s just there as a tax credit nearly imo. Really high fees for consulting on a dead shell. Doesn’t pass the smell test
