Oh, you're right. OTC Markets did something weird with how they were uploaded, the Amended version actually showed up first, 5 minutes before the original version. The time shows up when you hover over the tab of the filing, in Chrome at least.

So they added Chong 5 minutes after the original. Still funny as hell over deleting him. Maybe funnier. He's the insider trading guy, LOL
