Rich - even if there is NS going on - Sam and Joseph are not hiding behind it. That is what is the most impressive in my book. 99% of pinkie and OTCBB stocks blame the drop in their shareprice on NS, but not SPRL's management.

Rich,

I agree with 100% and will always defer to your experience in that area. I recently got a newsletter from Mark faulk of the free publication "The Faulking Truth" that Senator Chris Dodd of CT has replaced that slimy scumbag Sen. Richard Shelby of AL who literally shut down any progress of investigating the SEC on this illegal naked shorting. Sen. Chris Dodd is a Democrat who also has presidential aspirations.

This is the perfect time to go to his website and read up on this recent change and write to Sen. Dodd, as I am, about finally doing something about this multi-trillion dollar screwing we have all been taking. I'm also calling for the removal of Shelby from the Banking Committee and investigating him and his criminal actions which could and should lead to impeachment proceedings. Otherwise this crook will be around until 2010 and collecting a lucrative pension that we would die for.

Here is the link and I urge all honest and serious investors write in to have their voices heard while the Democrats are reading everything that is coming in. This is the perfect time to do so Sen. Dodd can stand up with a "ream" of letters and say this is an urgent matter for the middle class.

Rich,

I am in agreement with regards to nakedshort selling issues. If there is not a problem with SPRL shares being shorted, it may well be one of the ONLY pink sheet penny stocks that does not have significant naked short selling.

I can't help but thinking there has to be some of that when you see continuous selling of the stock, in mornings like today, where the prints at the offer side of the market is so deep, and does not affect the offer side.

But that is a reality when dealing with penny stocks. You deal with it thru results, releases and financials. Ultimately if the company is viable and successful, the naked shorts close out and lose. Most of the time it is the other way around, which is why NSS is so rampant in the first place.
