#49652 RE: Moses1492 #49650

Moses, in the spirit of trying to help Zion with PR skills, here is a presentation flow that would have had at least a neutral and perhaps positive impact even without additional info beyond what was provided:

1. Move JB's statement to the closing so it has the right context/understanding.

2. Begin instead with a summary chart(s) showing highlights of accomplishments to be discussed in detail. For example:

a. Primary risk factors removed: high confidence we have funds to finish, and the well was successfully drilled (these are the two biggest risks in an exploratory well)

b. Covid caused schedule delays, but restrictions are easing.

c. Four zones of interest with bullet proof results expected in 1 to 3 months

d. Good relationship with Israel based on 20 year history

e. etc

To Zion's credit, they did make presentations and take some questions. Further, it was good that several executives presented. Monty Kness is the best communicator of the group; his presentation was well thought out and was presented well.

I "complained" to Andrew yesterday, including the JB fiasco. Below is his response.

I hear you. We did notice the presumptive speculation leading up to the meeting. John was merely commenting not to assume some big announcement during this meeting in his way. Most of the time, he’s speaking to himself this way after 40 years of God putting this on his heart.

As always, I encourage all investors to wait until definite information since there are many who make a habit of manipulating the stock. The boards can be wild with speculation that create false-hopes.

We have a rig, we have drilled, we will test properly and fully, we will get independent assessment, and, up that, produce the well if viable. Then, do more as God leads and investors are moved to back the vision.

One thing is clear, we will not feed speculation. We will wait until we know clearly and can be stated and backed beyond question as we’ve done in the past.

I’d encourage you to relisten to the AMS and rethink the emotional reaction (even if understandable) - https://www.zionoil.com/2022ams/

A PDF of the slide deck is there as well.

Happy to have a call with you or reply more over email in the coming days and weeks.

Sincerely,
