LCI has been in existence for 80 years, so it would be interesting to see them sold. Given the competition in generics, if it were me making the decision about acquiring them, they would look much better after Chp 11. No way would I want to take on their debt. Elite is wise looking for a new partner, particularly if we are to believe Elite has 8 ANDAs in the pipeline.
