I'm basing my guess off of previous trading history (of which I have watched this for years and years). The trading is starting to look the same as it has (in the last year) just before the previous runs.
At the moment, I'm not saying that we will see huge runs like we did in the past, but I think soon it should run into at least 0.20s.
