Perhaps some should read more closely the history of mergers and acquisitions whereby Cytodyn came to be in existence. In fact Cytodyn of New Mexico, Inc. and Cytodyn, Inc. are two formerly separate companies. This history is many years old, and readily available on the 'net.

Pushing the "filed bankruptcy once already" is not a good look. Those same folks should do the REAL DD and find out the factss before posting here. But, true to form, they also often post half-baked "factss" as the truth in attempts to distract and frighten others.

Hmm, they couldn't have any ulterior motive, now, could they?
