WiseYoda, Mr. Brown was the one negative.

The rest of the shareholder meeting was pretty good and enough to keep the stock price a float throughout testing. But that wasn't enough control for Mr. Brown. It was ego-maniacal.

"It's all about ME, its MY company, MY 40 year exodus, and the Lord told ME you are all screwed again."

He should be removed.

All the other Directors were professional.
