You got that right. An r/s is almost always a stock killer, especially in otc land. Allows for the CO to print their own money, and take it out of the shareholders. Increase the O/S then dilute the shit out of the stock, r/s it again, and when it's over, it's not over...just do it again and again and again! Good luck here, this is a shit storm.

This whole RS proposal makes no sense!

Even if their OS ballooned to 3B with the

conversions, why would the company do a

1:1000 RS??!! That would leave them with just 3M

shares! That would be dumb!!

Nah, that ain’t happening! I think they put this out to

appease their debt holders.

Let’s hope we see an LOI soon …
