Supreme Court had an impact on fnf. No doubt

But. there are other factors like the modified NWS.

Furthermore, what we owe keeps increasing. The only difference between jps and commons is priority. Some will say the jps is also worth nothing because of the sps. We dont believe in that and we as a whole have enough to influence the price. In other words, we got support.

Just like jps commons are expected to be worthless. Its just that the big boys seems to be more confident with the jps and rightfully so. They do not support the commons.

Commons do not have support right now. But that does not mean future events cannot happen like a speculation on gov take less on the sps and the assets of the utility will be 250b - 400b. Its all speculation. Its all about what your speculations are.

I am not defending the commons. I am just pushing back on what you call ignorance. We lose Lamberth, that ignorance will expand to cover us all. We lose Lamberth, what you said about commons will apply to us all. We win Lamberth, commons will rise too. Even fannie commons, who got left out of the party.

The bottomline is we are on the same boat. Commons do not have support and jps does because of priority. Its that simple....

Also the risk factor. If you can get a 10 bagger with jps and with less risk you take it. You take that over commons any day....go figure

The market knows nothing.
Tons of people lose money everyday in the market.
That is the "Market" you are referring to.

Needless to say I disagree with the "Market" and the "Smart Money".

I'm doing just fine with holding commons.

You like prefs. Cool.
I like commons and prefs. I like commons more.
That's me and it doesn't make myself and others stubborn for thinking that way.

But..

The instant recap, the dilution solution, and/or the legitimacy of the governmental abusive and coercive actions may not be how this 13+ year CONservatorship ends.

You never did answer my question about me running down to my local federal district courthouse and filing a lawsuit challenging the "in the public interests" alleged limitations on the use of virtually unlimited federal governmental power.

Are your short term pecuniary gains more important than the the US Constitution?

I'm asking for a friend.
