Good point! But once again GS is too Vague in the delivery. Shareholders have a right to know exactly WTF is going on with these preferred! Especially after over a year of waiting around. Others been here way longer! Not Cool, IMO.

Today, my attorney is filing for custodianship of $GVSI on my behalf. Those buying shares must know that there is incredible risk here. My application could be denied. I could find really bad skeletons.

IMO, that part should no long apply!! Not since he's already told us he was going to refile the $GVSI Form 10 last December, that he was "petitioning the court" and with this tweet he seems to have ASSURED US that we'd get a refiled Form 10!

I will no longer succumb to pressure & predict timelines. It takes as long as it takes. I have no control over the allocation of time by lawyers, accountants, SEC, OTCM or FINRA. Nonetheless, $HMBL will be QB, $GOFF will have its 15c2-11 & $SRNW & $GVSI will file new Form 10s.
