SPIN FORMER CEO AND BOD AGREED TO THAT DEAL.
That was the cost of Bitech being "acquired" by SPIN as SPIN PR would have it.

If shareholders don't like it ..... the blame goes to Donovan's and former BoD .... not Bitech. Donovan didn't have to do it. But he did.

Remember, the pied piper of SPIN said mgmt like this deal best. Apparently some shareholders don't agree but are blaming the wrong people.
