I just got this off Stockwits. It was cut off but from what this person says, if they do not get the votes, there will be no meeting. I voted "yes" to everything and hope others did as well.

Please share did you hear this or speculation? I just logged onto ZN website and their live chat bot service is not being manned at the moment :) Perhaps they don't want to answer questions right now...
