You put up a huge sign in the ibox calling this a scam but you want the PPS to go up. Just because you bought the stock assuming there will be a merger (just like everybody else), company is not obligated to you or any individual here in anyway. Or to get things done on your timeline. To me it is real simple. I bought with the hope of a merger and I still hope for this to happen. At the very least, I have the patience to wait. If I don't have it, I would just sell and move.
