this board is pretty dead right now... very few people have had accurate information here for the past few years so take everything with a grain of salt. as far as we can see, the company has been putting out inaccurate or incorrect information to shareholders for an extended period of time with little to no communication to the shareholders or the SEC to help correct the issues. The proper paperwork to keep it current and in good standing has been missing for months and months at this point. In recent weeks, crumbles of information have alerted some people that this stock may show some life again by getting current with its filings. But to date nothing has been verified about the company or the people allegedly running it. That has caused the bottom to fall out and not return. Do your homework on this one --- or take a long shot lottery ticket like many of us have. GLTY.
