I did a live chat with a representative and he said I can't buy it through them.

You can place a buy for a super low price that won't realistically fill as a test. It will go through and show as an active order. I know, I've been checking every day to see if and when it gets shut off.

Just remember to cancel it unless you want a chance at the fill.
