I bought some shares a few weeks ago on Schwab I guess they stopped allowing it?

You're not supposed to be able to but Schwab has not yet actually disabled it. You can still place an ICOA order right now through their trading platform, it does go through as an active order.

I have no idea when it might get shut off.

Schwab WAS the only BROKERAGE in the U.S.
