As for the time the legal system consumes, find a better legal system anywhere in the world that you would prefer to live under. Remember that someday you r a loved one may wind up as a defendant. I hear that the criminal justice system in China is very efficient and timely - when citizens have no rights, it is easy to convict them - even if they are innocent.

That ought to be enuff. n 19 May, the BK court cancelled his automatic stay of foreclosure and his BK case will soon be dismissed (again), then Lease-A will file and the US Bank lawyer will get that stay lifted. Finally. The BK system is indeed totally broken, and that is thanks to the Leftists skewing the system to favor debtors over creditors.
