Is Tony intending on acquiring just the brewery or the whole company? To answer my own question, it looks like, from the LOI, that he wants to acquire the whole company. They have a restaurant with entertainment (I might stop in and throw a few axes. HA!!). Maybe Tony can link this place with the place in St. Louis. I don't mean to necessarily merge them, but they can advertise each other.
I'm putting the cart before the horse. Let's wait to see if the LOI becomes an actual acquisition.
