What’s amazing that he’s been CEO for 9 years and the stock is lower than it was when he took over. How is this acceptable

And he probably has a partner lined up for the ANDA that he expects to "receive approval in the first half of 2022."

But that ANDA now has a greater than 90% chance of receiving a CRL.

So in conclusion:

CRL drug: ALREADY partnered (most likely)

Drug ALREADY approved: NO partner
