You are right! And think about with the voting rights BOD bought the company for 2.8M usd. Now they could raise AS without shareholder vote. It is interesting that the directors deal was so close to the maxed out OS! I expecting raise to 5B or 10B next quarter! Btw they didn’t paid the shares worth 4M to the bonanza owner! You know what this means they don’t own bonanza right now!
