Well in his last botched interview, he ruled out CVS and I believe Target. Not sure why he mentioned them exclusively but he wanted to squash rumors that those were one of the companies. He was probably better off not mentioning anything whatsoever and being in compliance with SEC regs
Also for those of you mentioning the government loan of i believe $450,000,000 Michery clearly stated that as soon as he would hear anything from them is in August and that it typically takes between 12 and 18 months to finalize a loan. So those are a couple of the negatives but we should still get a couple of really nice bounces over the next couple of weeks as he stated he had other pressing developments and would be very vocal about them by way of press releases
