Management killed the momentum here with their mismanagement of news so unfortunately with the past reputation Cooley has, this does belong at these levels. Until the deal closes and they put out an 8K with all the revenue infused into IFXY, this is still technically a shell with Jose's name attached to it. IMHO this deal should have closed a long time ago! They've been Tweeting about this since January and it was ironed out and documents were to be singed March 10th.

It takes 4 months from the signing to close this thing in Mid July??? The price reflects their fishy handling of this merger. They're just sprinkling Carrot Tweets to help prop the price up, which is having less of an impact each time...

TA is currently working on completing the transfer of $IFXY common & preferred stock to our new President. Once complete, the acquisition of Mi Pulpe LLC will bring 20+ million revenue to the balance sheet. We estimate deal will close within the next 45 days, Thank you.
