Thanks 06mets. I wasn't asking for assurances, but your explanation is helpful.

It would be interesting to know who has been unloading recently, and whether it is a single shareholder or several. Barring some unforseen bad news, I think that this is a better time to accumulate than sell.

I've been holding since March of 2006, and long ago made my decision as to the worth of XKEM as an investment (as opposed to a flip).
