Purpose of the Increase in Capital Shares
The Company is contractually obligated to issue additional shares to PXS’s former shareholders in connection with the Company’s recent acquisition of PXS.
Page 5 , the number of additional shares to issue, we have another 50M to go I assume. The OS will go 120M and the float to 80M. At this pps and low market cap still low and run to 0.15 possible.
