Discovery will prove everything that happened behind the scene. Patience my friend, we just finished discovery end of March. This case will make WaterGate scandal look nothing. We haven’t seen nothing yet. Best is yet to come
that is why it will be status quo. no one will put up money unless there is any hangover and if not listed meaning all lawsuits gone, all legacy shareholders are crushed and new shareholders get everything. they are delaying so everyone leaves or declare bankruptcy as soon as downturn hits. not being pessimistic but there isn't reason for hope. both exictinf jr pfd and commons are toast imo. for ackman, it is less than 0.5% of his portfolio like a lottery ticket.
Just about all current shareholders bought fnf while they were in conservatorship knowing the government was charged with fixing them … big money stands on the sidelines waiting for the fix.. that’s why this is trading at @ .70 .. thousands of hedge funds and institutions don’t care about current shareholders because fnf are in c o n s e r v a t o r s h i p … and will line up after the restructuring and the fix is complete with fists of cash and blood for signing.. it’s really simple when you think about it.
