My guess before the EOY. If the volume remains low the risk will increase so R/S will need to be done to get above $1 so note holders can sale before it drops down to current levels again IMO. Just like the last R/S 18000 for 1 was to get above $1 which lasted for maybe a week as it was dumped. JMO
