In my opinion, a secondary offering has more than a 50% odds chance of occurring. I would not like to be long when that announcement is made. It depends on how much longer the 65 million dollars in cash and cash equivalents will last the company. David said that they are funded through 2022 however if they need to hire on more executives and employees, of which they have slightly over 200 I believe I think he said? Think about that for a moment. He says it's a small company but they have 200 employees? In my opinion that's not a very small company. There are things going on behind the scenes but with that many employees end the cost of manufacturing and advancing your product line and distribution, money is going to need to be raised somewhere. I am actually very surprised that David has not already tapped into the capital markets in some fashion as we have traded several billion dollars worth of stock since March.
